I have been training with Frank Morton once a week for about eight weeks now.  I have always been involved in sports and worked out on a regular basis but was in a rut and wanting to see better results.  A friend and I asked Frank to train us once a week and we couldn’t be happier with the results.  Frank is innovative and motivating.  I really look forward to my workout with him every week.  He tailors the  workouts to meet our needs and is very good at making sure we are doing each exercise properly and safely.  I look and feel better than I have in a really long time and am so grateful to Frank for all he does to work me hard and motivate me to be a better version of myself.  He is funny and fun to work with all the while pushing me to do more.  In addition to helping me with my workouts, he has helped me with my nutrition as well.  This has been an integral part of my success.   I would recommend Frank as a trainer to anyone at any level of fitness.
