My name is Erica. I am 35 and was over 300 lbs when I started training with Frank. 12 weeks down and 25 lbs lost thus far. I was definitely at my most out of shape and was in to see my chiropractor sometimes 2 to 3 times a week because my back hurt so often. My muscles were so weak that for the past couple of years my kids couldn't even tickle me because I was so sensitive. 2 weeks into my training I realized I didn't hurt anymore. This is one of the many small but exciting changes in myself since I started. About 10 weeks into working with Frank I realized I also had not been to my chiropractor in a couple months. Once again between my weight and lack of strength has been causing me a lot of problems. Well not anymore. I am excited about how far I have come and what my healthy future holds. I couldn't do this right now without Frank. He is an incredible trainer, awesome at working around my injured knee and back in the beginning and really pays attention and cares about what's best for me. I have also been blessed to go to my training with a couple great ladies and I can honestly say Frank gives the same care to everyone he trains with. It's been pretty inspiring seeing changes in us all every week. Best advice I was given on day one. "Stay in your own lane." If you are considering Frank as your personal trainer. Just do it. You won't regret it.
